Duties generally include, but are not limited to the following:
Prepares and processes bills, vouchers, working advances, and orders supplies and requisitions.
Maintains and updates departmental filing system for cross references and tracking purposes.
Collects and formats research information for special studies and projects.
May operate a computer terminal system, including input, edit and retrieval of data.
Performs minor machine maintenance.
Performs other general clerical functions such as filing, maintaining records, proofreading, time reports, phone
coverage and typing.
May be required to talk to customers over the telephone.
May be required to operate company vehicle.
SKILLS
The ability to type at or above 20+ words per minute with little to no errors throughout the day on a desktop or laptop computer using a QWERTY (alphabetic) keyboard.
