Summary: You will drive key strategic initiatives that reduce rent expenses and support cost-saving lease programs through expert financial modeling and project management. You’ll plan, execute, and track complex projects, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Your role will also include preparing clear, compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do:

  • Financial Modeling: Build, analyze, and maintain robust financial models to support strategic lease programs, including Master Lease Agreement (MLA) negotiations and other cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Project Planning & Development: Design and manage complex project plans to drive key strategic initiatives that reduce rent expense across the organization.
  • Project Execution: Lead execution by tracking project milestones, managing status reporting, and ensuring rigorous cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maximize Program Impact: Identify and implement opportunities to expand the reach and effectiveness of strategic programs, ensuring optimal results and continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Establish, negotiate, and manage contractual relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Executive Presentations: Develop clear, compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership, conveying complex financial and program data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Accounting and ACE PMO, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational strategy.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in financial modeling, project management, or related roles, ideally within real estate, leasing, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling techniques; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion
  • Executive Communication: Expertise in developing executive-level presentations and reports, with a keen ability to distill and visualize data for senior audiences.
  • Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships for
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations.
  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, or related field;

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Lead Network Proj/Prog Mgmt , earns between $116,700-$175,100 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
