Position Responsibilities
Expert Product Manager (Consumer) – AT&T
Ready to build what’s next? As an Expert Product Manager at AT&T, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation—turning bold ideas into real products that scale. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, from pitching new concepts to launching MVPs and driving continuous growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, rally teams, and deliver meaningful value to millions of customers.
What You’ll Do:
•Launch Big Ideas: Identify opportunities, build business cases, and pitch new products that challenge the status quo.
•Own the Vision: Define product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans with clarity and ambition.
•Build What Matters: Collaborate across teams to deliver MVPs, iterate fast, and scale what works.
•Measure & Improve: Use data and customer feedback to refine products and drive business outcomes.
•Influence & Align: Navigate complex stakeholder environments to keep momentum and focus.
•Lead with Purpose: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and product excellence through coaching junior PMs and sharing best practices.

Qualifications:
•15+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management or similar area of responsibility.
•Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
•Experience launching successful tech products
•Strong financial acumen; ability to build and pitch business cases
•Understanding of basic network and emerging tech concepts
•Deep customer & industry knowledge
•Creative problem solver, ability to develop solutions to hard problems
•Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups
