Drive the end-to-end commercialization lifecycle for AT&T’s products and services, accelerating revenue growth and market share through data-driven strategies and continuous process innovation. This role will focus on advancing our revenue analytics capabilities and revamping business processes by incorporating AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Revenue Data Analytics:
Lead the development and application of advanced analytics to monitor, forecast, and optimize revenue streams. Utilize large datasets to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform business decisions.AI, Machine Learning & Automation Integration:
Champion the adoption of AI and machine learning solutions to drive automation, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline revenue management processes. Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize new tools and platforms.Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing revenue and commercialization processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Design and implement innovative workflows that leverage emerging technologies and industry best practices.Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze product, channel, and process performance. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategic adjustments that maximize revenue and operational effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of analytics and automation initiatives.Reporting & Communication:
Prepare and deliver clear, actionable updates, dashboards, and executive summaries. Effectively communicate complex data insights and process changes to stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in revenue analytics, data science, process improvement, or related roles, preferably within telecommunications or a similar industry.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, advanced Excel).
Experience implementing AI, machine learning, or automation solutions in business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry trends in analytics, AI, and process automation.

This role will focus on facilitating large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring objectives are met while balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business priorities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Go-to-Market Implementation:
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Leverage market analysis to identify target segments, refine competitive positioning, and support revenue growth for new and existing offerings.Performance & Strategy Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize product and channel performance using data analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and drive improved outcomes.Program & Project Management:
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget.Risk & Tradeoff Management:
Identify, document, and track risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs throughout transformation efforts. Proactively develop and implement mitigation and contingency strategies.Reporting & Communication:
Ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, challenges, and key decisions. Prepare and deliver concise updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior leadership.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or project management roles, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
Experience with pricing and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel functions).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with large-scale change initiatives and organizational transformation.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of the competitive landscape and market dynamics within the relevant industry.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic decisions.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Commercialization earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
