We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Lead Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Consumer Wireline Revenue Team, with a dedicated focus on the rapidly growing AIA product line. As an integral member of the team, you will drive financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision support to help unlock the full potential of AIA’s revenue streams. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to deliver actionable insights and influence the direction of a product that is central to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for the AIA product within the Revenue Team.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for AIA revenue, ensuring accuracy and insightfulness.
  • Analyze business performance, market trends, and key financial metrics to deliver strategic recommendations that shape product and revenue strategies.
  • Develop and refine financial models to evaluate product performance, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, operations, and other teams to support the AIA product’s revenue growth initiatives.
  • Drive month-end and quarter-end close processes for AIA revenue, ensuring compliance and accurate revenue recognition.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers in AIA revenue performance, proactively recommending mitigation and growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue analytics, or business support, ideally within the technology or telecom industry.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools).
  • Familiarity with supporting a product through rapid growth and market expansion.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional project teams.
