This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

What you’ll do:
- Technical Sales Support and Consulting: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.
- Solution Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting: Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.
- Client Interaction and Custom Solutions: Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini applications to demonstrate feasibility.
- Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
- Independent Work and Additional Support: Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Technical Consultant 1 earns between $116,700 - $196,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
