We are looking for an Associate Director-Sales Planning!

Overall Purpose: Oversee the management of projects on sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting while leveraging data analysis and market insights to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strategic Sales Planning and Leadership: Develop and oversee sales strategies, including product life cycle planning and tactical projects, to achieve annual plans and operational goals.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage sales budgets and forecasts, leveraging historical data and market trends, and overseeing financial modeling and statistical studies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement and generate reports that provide actionable insights and monitor sales activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop sales forecasts, align goals, and coordinate sales-related activities such as trade shows and meetings.
Process Optimization and Project Management: Evaluate and refine sales processes, manage audits, and oversee projects that support sales planning, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.


Job Contribution: Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.

Earn between $140,100.00 - $210,100 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
